There is A LOT of "downtime" in the rotation, there is a reason for this though. Auto attacks deal more damage than Steady shot, having the steady shot proc (Improved Steady Shot) for Chimera Shot is useful which is why there is only one cast per Chimera Shot. Auto shot also allows for your set bonus to proc, I strongly advise not adding more steady shots until they change the class.

Also whenever possible you should be using "Kill Shot" as well, so spam that along with the macro.AoE -

TIP:
If you want to dps whore to the max, summon your pet, use Bestial Wrath, dismiss pet. When u start boss summon pet and you'll have a free Bestial Wrath.
